I find it shcocking that the people of Chicago voted for her, and that they want to live the way they do.

However, if that’s what they really want, they should do what they want to. If they want to give a lot of their money away to people who bring nothing of value to the city, go for it.

If they want to have rolling gun battles in the streets every single night, go for it.

Most of those rolling gun battles occur in 5/25 Police Districts and usually involve people with affiliation to gangs or gang members.

If this 12 month pilot program to give 5000 families $500/ month is approved it will likely impact those with live in the most violent communities.

I wonder what kind of criteria will be used to cherry pick which households receive the payment vs not.
