It's still in phase 3 trials...

Also, the "approved" shot isn't available. It can't be. As soon as it's made available, the EUAs for the others go away. The approved shot won't be available until the others are approved.

You can say they're the same thing, and that's fine if you want to do that, but there's a legal distinction between the two medicines for a reason. You can't choose to acknowledge that distinction for one reason and ignore it for another.

Legally, there are no FDA approved COVID19 shots available and there won't be until all three receive approval, because the people running our system are just that corrupt.

Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older.

A full twelve years before the United States of America existed.

(In case you need that explained, it means that it's not relevant to the question of federal authority to mandate vaccines).

Now give us the rest of this "history of precedence" you mentioned. Everyone loves to talk about George Washington. What else ya got?

I'll save you some time and tell you not to bring up the 1905 SCOTUS decision, as that isn't relevant to the federal government and it also was rendered before executive branch entities such as the FDA and CDC existed, so it would need revisiting even if it was.

Anything else in this history of precedence? Nobody seems to have anything else. Maybe because THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DOESN'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MANDATE VACCINATIONS.

The government isn't mandating vaccines. I don't know why you people don't read.

that is the brand name given to the product. It's still the same Pfizer vaccine. And yes, it is one of "these mRNA things"

It's coercion. The government well knows that holding your job over your head is one sure way to get the vast majority of unvaccinated to line up for their shots.

Very few can say "*********" and walk away.

I commiserate with you over this. This isn't right. We're no better than China now with how they rule over their people.
