So many deny anything is going on or that tyranny does not even exist. some are so blind to it. I am glad people are protesting all over the world. even new yorkers are getting mad. people do not get mad for no reason. vaccine passports are a human right violation. government lockdowns are a human rights violation.

This is all happening so fast.

some think if the people tried to fight the governments they would be annihilated because of the advanced technology governments have now. technology that is top secret.

do the people have a chance or will it be this time in history the evil people in charge really do kill most of us? where Hitler failed will the people in charge succeed? lets hope not.

we must not comply with their rules or we all end up worse then north korea.

will the people forcing these mandates and lockdowns be tried for crimes against humanity with these draconian laws?

which side is going to win? there are rumors of climate lockdowns next. authoritarian governments will always find an excuse.

I have few people to complain to. My elected reps at the state level are Bryan Hughes and Matt Schaeffer. At the federal level, it's Louie Gohmert, Ted Cruz, John Cornyn and Joe Biden.

Cornyn and Biden are the only ones who are flat out terrible. They already can't get my vote and they both know it. Cruz is too much of a politician for my taste, but most of his actions are in line with his words, generally.

I can't complain about the other three. Gohmert could be a little too deep state for me, still need to check into that, but what I've seen so far has been pretty solid. Hughes and Schaeffer probably couldn't represent me better. Schaeffer is the rep who introduced the constitutional carry bill, for instance.

What's interesting about this, and it's probably very common across the country, is that the closer the official is to the public, the better they represent them. Gohmert and Schaeffer are my reps, and I'm pleased with how both of them are representing me. Hughes, Cruz and Cornyn all hold senate seats, and I'm less impressed with them. At the national level - Biden. 'Nuff said.

Top down, authoritarian control is always bad. Very bad. We all need to be fighting it, no matter which country, state or city we're in.

ETA - Almost forgot about our county Sheriff. That's an elected position, too. Ours was one of the earlier Texas counties to declare itself a 2nd Amendment sanctuary, so, yeah. No issues there, so far.

Australian Government Shuts Down Melbourne Construction Sites Amid Protests Over Vaccine Mandates
Amazing how quickly tyranny can take hold.
Quote:
Minister for Industrial Relations Tim Pallas was even more forceful, saying that his office has seen widespread non-compliance across the industry.

"We've been clear: if you don't follow the rules, we won't hesitate to take action," he said in the statement.

Workers will be required to show proof of at least one vaccine dose when sites reopen on Oct. 5, he added.

Here's a funny thing - one of the very thuggy anti vax protesters from the Melbourne melees has landed themselves in hospital with a very bad case of Covid.

They spat in the face of nurses and shut down a vaccine hub that was vaccinating the homeless and at risk Melbournians. Medical people were told not to wear scrubs or identifying paraphernalia in public to avoid retribution by the disgusting mob.

I hope he/she has a really really awful time of it.

That is stupid to take it out on nurses. In the USA nurses are quiting from vaccine mandates. So are cops. Only scum.take it out on nurses. I saw a video of Australian cops somewhat on the side of citizens.
