As of now in most places (U.S.), a woman has the right to choose whether or not to let her pregnancy come to term. A man doesn't. If a man wants the pregnancy to come to term, he can be overruled by the woman. However, if the man doesn't want to be a father, he still has to support the person born for 18 years, if the woman chooses to give birth.
So should a man have say in this?

A guy killing millions of lives daily when he masturbates. Some people had sex like crazy and get pregnant just as often as rabbits. It doesn't mean they will have to keep all the babies and later on provide criminals and under-educated new citizens for the society which has already dealing with overpopulation and lacking of resources. Qualities is better than quantities.
By that logic a woman is also killing a life every time she chooses to menstruate, men must only climax when having unprotected sex with a fertile woman and women must always be pregnant. That's retro AF. I am pro abortion but this viewpoint is ludicrous. Nevermind the fact that a sperm or egg is only half a potential human, you'd have us going either to one extreme or the other. There's no room for a reasonable person in your logic.
Female genital mutilation is a medical procedure that should be kept between the doctor and the patient/parent.
How could you compare those two? It's lame.
There's a main different btw female genital mutilation and abortion, the former were bad to receiver's health, not a result of her bad choice, not the one she want to do to begin with, instead of being forced to.
The later is the one the receiver wish to do as it bring her benefits: her reputation, her life and a future career, her financial life, the control of her life to take on the task when she's ready, the sake of her psychology life, her family's honor if she's raped.

None of those are the reasons we allow abortion, nor should they be.
As Liberal as I am I do believe a Man should have a say in such a important decision as well.
The issues that arise from this brings up some serious questions though.
Was this pregnancy a result of a "casual fling" or are we looking at a serious long term relationship?
How committed is this "couple" to bringing up & raising a child"?

I already know your definition of life only begins when an egg is fertilized, but it's not as different that much. It's just the observation you were programed to look at, then get used to it with that point of view.
To me, its' not much different when 2 kids played husband and wife, or a prostitute got pregnant from some guy that she doesn't know his name, It's better for them and for the society if that fertilized eggs don't existed. The society will end up with much better healthy productive citizens, instead of criminals.
Irony enough, people who care about the results of prostitute houses can be as cruel to bomb the doctors' office to kill many people, and make other lives living hell despite their talk of valuing lives.
