People will adjust their spending habits based on priorities and preferences.

And I'll do just that so that I can continue my membership in PETA: people eating tasty animals

Plant based grows more calories per acre and results in less heart disease which is still the number one cause of death in the US.

Get rid of government subsidies for meat and dairy industries.

Well the corporate left would love nothing more than us to have pill/shake based sustenance made out of who knows what. The useful idiots will be all for it because it will save the lives of countless fish, cows, and chickens. So it will happen one day probably in my lifetime. But one things for sure it will never have any affect on the ultra wealthy because they will always have access to whatever they wantNo matter what Law policy or billionaire buying farmland does

I don't eat read meat any way, just poultry and water fowl. And I don't plan to stop eating that because it's a healthy source of lean protein. I know B Gates wants everyone to be a vegan but it's not for me. I do eat a raw vegan breakfast everyday which I love, but I eat it because it's very healthy and I like it. It's also MY choice, not someone else's.

Humans are omnivores. We are supposed to eat meat as part of our diet.

I'm so sorry. You really need to get out of the city sometime.

Well the higher price isn't going the the local ranchers. We just built our first slaughter house outside my town of 1300 in SW Colorado to keep costs down and processing local.Hope this is a trend across the country. The few giant company's controlling most of the meat supply chain are the ones making all the money not the ranchers.
