OK, the talking heads on TV and the Biden administration encourage us to follow the science. An FDA advisory panel of 18 medical professionals voted 16 to 2 for the booster for those age 65 and older and for those with medical conditions that make them a higher risk. This went against what the administration wanted. So the Biden appointed Director of the FDA overruled the vote to authorize if for a much broader population including all adults and teenagers of I believe as young as 16 years of age.
Will you get the booster if you didn’t meet the original advisory panel’s decision or will you trust the loan director who overruled the panel to match the Biden administration’s wishes?

Authorizing the vaccine for children 12 to 16 had nothing to do with the boosters. The boosters have been approved thus far for people over 65 because they had clinical data showing its efficacy. They will soon expand the booster program to everyone else once they have the data to support it.
The 12-16 year age group was never a part of that discussion. The initial doses of vaccine have already been approved for that age range.
I will get the booster as soon as it's available for my age group.

Reading comprehension, Frank. The boosters have been approved for those over 65. I'm not there yet...
