How do each of those compare between the two groups?
The PCR machines were recalibrated in January of this year. I imagine once they had a certain number of cases everyone got tested, symptoms or not.

Correct.

Of course the democrats will insist that the "science changed", and tell a few lies, and blame the unvaxxed, or Trump, or republican governors, but bottom line is the vaccines aren't doing what they were supposed to be doing.

Moderna has one in the cooker already.

Flu shots are not mandated because Influenza has not been as serious in numbers as Covid 19. Influenza is already endemic and our medical systems and society have had the time and experience to adapt. Without vaccines, if 1918 was a yearly possibility, of course the whole world would be a different place!

Maybe you never got the memo about the need for future boosters with this virus?
We have known since day #1 that because coronaviruses tend to mutate, that future boosters would be necessary. Best guess early this year was in the fall. And here we are.
Turns out the Pfizer is pooping out. Not yet with the others. But they will..
The emergence of the Delta and the weakening Pfizer are the science that changed.
These are these are medical facts that the politics cannot alter.

Two close to me, SIL and BF both vaccinated caught it. She (60) described it as a fairly bad cold and was fine in 2 days. He (70, diabetes, overweight with some sort of lung oroblems) spent a day in bed then pretty much went on with his normal routine.

Their close friend (70ish, no known morbidities), unvaccinated, from whom they probably caught it, spent 3 weeks down hard.
