I seriously wonder about the future from simple demographics. You are not making a tech worker out of someone with an IQ of 90, and many of the jobs they can do will be the first automated.

The vaccine will not 'conquer the disease.' It is one tool that provides a degree of personal protection for a limited period of time. That's it. Any claims beyond that are rainbows and unicorns, not science.
I don't want it to fail. I want it to succeed for each person who takes it. I want the mandates to fail.

Except for one little, teeny-tiny issue. The vaccinations are NOT "conquering" the disease and the only thing here being "celebrated" is that the Government was able to force thousands of people to get a vaccine against their better judgment over their own personal medical needs. That doesn't sound like we should be celebrating something like this.
But why is it always "Black and White", "On or Off" with the people pushing the vaccine?
People who are against mandates and being told to get the vaccine or you can't work, don't necessarily want the vaccine to fail. But the fact is that these vaccines have not succeeded in what they were promised to do, and by many definitions that IS a failure.
A total failure could seriously affect millions of people's lives for a virus that had a very high survivability rate. At this point putting it very nicely that would be disastrous.

And how do you show that love, but to care about each other enough to say, 'Please get vaccinated because I love you. I want you to live.'"
I will need to reread my Bible. I don't remember any verses on the vaccine. Obviously the issue of eternal life is overblown, and it is more important to get vaccinated in order to live.
I will have to check in on the Babylon Bee with this. I'm sure this will resurface in some way.
