Obama pushed them up, and Trump took them down.. of course it didn't happen over night. Yet Biden is a wizard. He pushed oil prices up and up very quickly. Day one he stopped the pipeline and fracking and drilling.. and oil leases tied up too.

Your electric bill will go up so you are not unaffected.

Had the car 6 months and avg around $6 a month max. I only drive 50 miles a week and charge once a week for about 3.5 hours. My bills jill last year are right at the same they were this year. I was paying around a 100 a month for a gas sucking 2021 Camaro that got around 8mpg in the city kitty. When i went to get gas in mid March and it was 3.75 a gal i drove away and traded it on the spot for a EV. So saving around 100 smackers a month.

How can one person do so much damage to this great country in just 8 months?

And Democrats cheer! They love when the price of oil is high.

Would not be surprised if the Democrats try to push efforts to make 55 MPH a national speed limit, set restrictions on large vehicle purchases, another “cash for clunkers” program, and other measures for everyone except themselves and their celebrity friends.

I have different needs . I like to take road trips in a large SUV to bring what I need for a long trip.. An EV has no range, no electric plug ins on the way so I find it quite restrictive. I have a Ford six with twin turbos and get @25 mpg on the highway. And it is a very comfortable ride.
