I'm gonna guess(hope) he said "to Cure Children". But his accent didn't help.
He said its better to give to old people and not young people, so what he said was not misspoken words. Also vaccine research is now showing that mRNA is collecting in female children's ovaries. We will certainly have an epidemic of cancer and sterile women.
His point is greedy countries like the US should not be giving boosters to children but rather sharing those doses with the world's more at risk population.
This guy knows what is really going on: the vaccine companies will sell vaccines one way or another. When rich countries like the US run out of customers, they start giving it to children and giving multiple doses. This guy is asking, if you must, why not give the vaccine to the elderly in poor countries. Well, we know why not: no money!
