In your opinion is Biden Committing Treason By Allowing The Border To Be Open

IF he is, then so is every single person who hires an illegal and profits from their cheap labor.

If ya wanna play the treason card ya better plan on building a lot of gallows.

Dishonest poll. The border is no more open now than it was under Trump.

Depends on your definition of the word "treason"

"treason

Definitions

from The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition
  • noun The betrayal of allegiance toward one's own country, especially by committing hostile acts against it or aiding its enemies in committing such acts.
  • noun The betrayal of someone's trust or confidence.
  • noun a crime that undermines the offender's government
  • noun disloyalty by virtue of subversive behavior"

He took an oath to SUPPORT and DEFEND the Constitution....!

By VIOLATING EXISTING LAWS, he is doing just that. IMO.

"It is so broken it cannot be fixed. Laws need to start from scratch."

All we have to do is ENFORCE EXISTING LAWS.

Seems Dems get away with Murder, Cheating, Scamming.. They don't follow laws, or rules.

Illegals don't have to take the vax, but American Citizens do and if they don't - their jobs are on the line.
Exactly correct!

The shameless conduct of the Democrats aside for the moment, I would have to abide by the Constitution, which says it is not.

One of the few times we find ourselves in agreement; (and if we don't, no one is safe.)

I use the definition in the Constitution and the U.S. Code.

The Constitution states "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." (Article III, Section 3).

This is carried through to the U.S. Code: "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States." (18 U.S. Code § 2381)

Illegals ARE our enemies.
