they tell us where their priorities are every day. example:
Very telling. The dems want them to flood into the US ultimately so they can vote Democrat. Yet, if covid was all that it's cracked up to be, wouldn't they also want to protect their newly acquired votes with covid testing and vaccinations?
you've pulled up the March incident when she proposed the bill the first time. Per your link, it appears that was referred to Committee. Hmmm, who runs the Committees?
maybe you can google just how "Bill introduction in the House works" and clear it up for the rest of us.
You might start by actually clicking the link, where you'd see the Rep herself tweeted out video of her in the House speaking.
Does the minutiae of "they didn't vote no" matter? In March (and theoretically now), it's a very short, 1-page bill. It could be discussed/debated for an hour and then if real questions arose, send it to Committee. Of course, even if her party was in charge if it goes to Committee, you're looking at weeks/months of Congressional inaction, when 200K are coming to the border every month.
After you watch her video, then you can research and refer to the "Vote No to the previous question" she states, which presumably is where the Dems voted Yes which had some impact on the bill proceeding.
Imagine that politics is so important that we would delay a very simple bill that says - if you're let into the country, you have to get a Covid test.
Of course, it just adds fuel to the fire that "How serious can Covid be if they won't even agree to test illegals?"
Do people actually coming in on a travel visa ... do they have to show a negative test/proof of vaccine?
What is so ****ing important politically that exactly one group - but a large one at that - gets a free pass on a Covid measure?

hell, this female Representative is a MEDICAL DOCTOR. The other woman is a pharmacist.
She's also part of introducing a bill in the House - as have Rand Paul & Collins the Senate version - that would give "documented Dreamers" a path to citizenship.
What's a "documented Dreamer"? Well, when the children of a work Visa holder live here for years, when they turn 21 they have to get out or apply for their own Visa.
