Cyber Ninjas is in breach of its agreement with the Arizona Senate to conduct an audit of the presidential election in Maricopa County, Senate President Karen Fann wrote in a Tuesday letter to the company.
Fann's letter adds pressure on the Florida company to turn over thousands of records related to the audit, and also comes as the Senate itself is facing court sanctions for not in turn making those records available to Arizonans.
The letter was sent two days before a county judge was slated to consider Thursday whether Cyber Ninjas should face court penalties for not turning over records.
too funny. i doubt this will motivate the ninjas to turn over the required records but i do find it entertaining.
The Judge could hold Logan in contempt of court and put him in Jail. I'm sure he went back to Florida probably fight extradition. Civil contempt is worse then Criminal contempt as it's been explained in the Bannon ordeal.
"As a private company, we are not willing to allow the Senate to review all of our company’s documents nor do we believe that constitutes a request for “reasonable” cooperation ..."
i thought they already tried this arguement and got shot down by the judge?
I believe it did, yes.
I think the current argument is that it will take them time and money to go through ALL of their company's documentation during the period in question and suss out which is and isn't "audit related". They're stating they're not just going to give the Senate everything for the time period in question and have them sort out wheat from the chaff - not that I would expect the Senate would want to do that, either.
It's just fun watching them attack each other, at this point.

Most transparent audit in history!
And they have been promoting this racket to other states!
As they were working through the Arizona fake audit they were hosting Republican politicians from other states, showing off their colored shirts, turntables and uv lights ...
Has Trump said anything at all about the count losing him votes? If he had gained any, I am sure we would all have heard from him crowing about it.
