seems like colleges and universities have less freedom of speech than just about anywhere...

Quote:
A group of Point Park University students in Pittsburgh launched a petition to have their fellow classmate banned from campus after he criticized the school's pronoun policy.

Campus Reform Correspondent and Point Park University student Logan Dubil was met with a petition from his classmates to school administrators that demanded his removal from campus for criticizing the university's "Misgendering, Pronoun Misuse, and Deadnaming Policy," which Fox News previously reported.

This is when talking like a country hick comes in handy. Just come in and say "Good morning Ya'll!" There, everybody is covered, even the ones who feel like they are a goat.

college campuses used to be on the leading edge of discourse and free speech; now it's the toilet bowl pretense of communism in america.

pay attention to this one....point park is in the current spotlight, but many universities have quietly adopted policy similar. we are about to start graduating, as a matter of rote, people worse off education-wise than someone who spent their entire life in the basement on xbox....

I am disgusted by the daily sturm und drang of this dysfunctional government and society.

If good people don't speak up, protest, write letters, contact their so-called representatives, fight back!!! then we are done. It's that simple.

The younger generations seems to have no issue with any of this whatsoever. I attribute that to decades of liberal education and their belief that the government should take are of all these personal needs (an opinion I do not share). They clearly do not see the danger of the overreach because of that education.
