Take your time. I'll be back later.
What "truth" in the book are you talking about? Can you prove it's true?
If someone publishes verifiable lies about someone it opens the door to a real lawsuit for slander and/or defamation that could produce real consequences for the author and publisher. The only reason anyone would attempt to stop someone from publishing a book is that it contains undeniable truths that could have implications for the subject ranging from embarrassment in the public eye to criminal prosecution.
We all know that Trump is incapable of being embarrassed. Draw your own conclusions.
It was an arbitration over a non-compete agreement, not a lawsuit over libel. The arbitrator ruled that the agreement was too vague and overboard to be enforceable. So Trump's next stop likely will be to arbitrate or sue his attorneys who wrote up the agreement in the first place. Most likely he will complain and they will settle out of court. But the point is this was not about the veracity of the claims as it would be in a defamation, slander or libel suit.

yep. omarosa's book has already been published, found it's market and has since primarily been forgotten. there's nothing new on that front but i'll be curious to see if others in the trump universe share their story now the NDA has been successfully challenged.
So no one sues to stop lies. That's your juvenile conclusion? Why would anyone wait? Rhetorical, I don't ask partisans questions because I know they'll make things up.
Orange man bad.
My conclusion, your post is dishonest.
The point which escapes your attention is that she is being accused of violating a non disclosure agreement.
In other words, Trump maintains that whatever is in the book is true. If it isn't true it is not a violation of an nda.
Otherwise he would sue for slander, a completely different legal mechanism for a completely different action.

So since her book was all a load of malarkey and had no bearing on anything but feeding the OMB machine, the case got tossed out.
