Masks are permanent in many places including the doctor's office and the schools. It will always be "too soon" to stop.

I personally am fine with the doctor’s offices and other health facilities. I can’t begin to tell you the number of times I’ve been sitting in waiting room cringing as the person right next to me coughs, hacks, sniffles, and doesn’t try to do anything to share their germs.

The schools are a different matter.

So if the choice is having schools shut down every two to three weeks because of staff shortages or students being sick...I'll take the mask on a kid.

Here in conservative South Carolina...school boards have had to shut down because of COVID spreading through staff and students.

So the kids are sent home -- online schooling again.

Would rather have the kids in school adapting to mask useage for now then having to stay home and look at a laptop.

The kids are shoulder-to-shoulder, wearing masks that don't fit well and do a poor job of actually preventing transmission. I just about guarantee that if one of those kids are "hot", that whole class is gonna get infected.

Masks are theater, plain and simple.

Man, I feel sorry for the kids and the teacher. It is a creative way to help these kids wearing the mask. She seems like a caring and smart teacher. This said, even adults cannot wear the mask for hours without adjusting it, you exact the kids to wear it for a long time?

With all of that space in the classroom, let's stick every kid right next to each other after all the mask will "protect" them. Teachers like this are the ones who are charged with caring for and educating our children.

I though actually see a potentially bigger issue. Did the parents give permission for the teacher to film and post their images online? There are many parents, who for personal or safety reasons do NOT want to have their kids put "online". Did they even know she was or has posted this? I for one would be livid if I found this out by looking at some "viral" video.
