I agre that this looks concocted because Quinnipiac is a hard left leaning pollster. For the hard left to put out a 38% approval ratings poll on one of their own, there's something behind it.

Yeah, I thought that was political suicide. It's like they would rather hand over to the Demons permanently that let the abortion thing go. If Kamala takes over too soon she can only run once more as this stint would be counted.
If she takes over after 18 months then it's not counted and she can run 2 more times for President.
I'm shocked that his approval is above the baseline (supposedly 20%) of people who would vote Democrat regardless. Should be about the same percentage for hardcore Republicans.
