1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

Of course that will take a lot of cash. It is a losing issue for an attorney, so you will pay upfront.
If you are in a union you can use their attorney.

Then most corporation's will want you to show proof of vaccination.
Seems they want to protect themselves as well as their staff from possible long term illness and death.
Then again with 28 years in you may still have a pension which maxes out at 30 years.
It may be worth it to get the vaccine.
