People are so ridiculousthey just think "well if I'm not doing anything wrong what's the problem"? You see it happen all the time, throughout history, as societies crumble. They never recognize themselves as giving their freedoms away though, that's where the ridiculous comes in.

Because no one is going to get reduced rates...NO ONE. Its simply a ploy to get customers to stupidly allow insurance companies to raise your rates, and you gave them the evidence. Every time you exceed the speed limit by 1 mile an hour is all the evidence they need to rate you as a reckless driver. Its a total scam.
