Property is usually sold to the highest bidder.

If we single out the Chinese as banned from ownership, then that's a different type of legislation. They should also be banned from buying US Bonds. I think it can be done, like the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882.

Economically, Chinese businessmen have been trying to park their money overseas. The money we pay them for the goods, they try to reinvest in the US because if they bring it back to China it's not as secure. On our end if the Chinese cannot invest in the US then that means more money flowing out of the US. But in return we have only citizen owners.
No shortage of foreigners, especially Russians South Americans and Chinese , park $ here versus their own country. US is viewed as a safer bet.

Don’t talk to me about immigrants that want to be a part of the YS when we sell foreign investors all the land, and businesses to include sending them our jobs.
You seem to be asking sellers to take less if the buyer is a veteran.

I think we should first let US citizens own land, but the local taxing bodies havent come around to it yet.

In Florida, if the association’s governing documents grant this authority ( income and credit check), it’s legal so long as it does not violate federal and state Fair Housing.

Frankfort v. Waldo
A patent was an early form of title, when the Federal government sold or gave land to individuals.

There are many misconceptions about land patents, including that the underlying property is not subject to property taxes, liens and zoning laws.

Yes! - I want to buy land in America, and allow only those from my country access to it.

Looking at 100,000 acres - a nice river valley somewhere, with views of the mountains, and springs for my water bottling plant.

The US Constitution applies the same rights to all persons under US jurisdiction. Should non-citizens be taxed? Abolishing double standards was the whole purpose of The Revolution . . . .
