Then why the extraordinarily light sentence for the violent rape of an underage girl?
The offender won't have to register as a sex offender yet he raped multiple girls. He's a repeat offender, a repeat sex offender how is that not worthy of being on a sex offender list?
Exactly. Well... there's the game plan, folks. Any high school male can wear a skirt to enter the girls' bathroom, rape a girl therein, and get away with it with just a slap on the wrist.
