I am a skilled/licensed professional. If I lost my job, and couldn’t get one in the short term, I’d work at Walmart or McDonald’s no problem (while reducing my already low expenses). I can’t relate to this generation of people.

Well then again unless you a child you dont need milk.

Plus its just a game of chicken. Milk producers, and retailers and warehouses cant store milk forever. If they want to make money, they will have to lower price so people can buy. Or they may as well pack it up and quit.
I remember last year when the dairy farmers were dumping perfectly good milk in the fields because the milk processing plants were either running at reduced capacity or shut down completely. The cows still have to be milked whether it goes to market or goes to waste.

What companies. I went into a Harbor Freight tool company offering medical, dental, 401k, vacations, sick leave, education funding. Many others doing the same.

There was no shortage of “satisfying employment” when Trump was President, back in the good old days.

Pfft. There’s the same kind of jobs - but nobody wants to put up with low wages and crappy bosses.

And of course they wanted 3 references.

Laughable.

HR strikes again.
My wife has been working IT contract work now when she responds to a job offer they just reply back asking for her SSN, DOB, Full name, and other personal information to be sent to them over email. This is before she is even offered a job I don't know what they are doing she just ignores those emails.

They always start out at $22 an hour with in 3 minutes of haggling they are up to $38 an hour can tell just how difficult of a time they are having.
