The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which falls under the Labor Department, has submitted the text of a new vaccine rule for large employers to the Office of Management and Budget, bringing the emergency standard announced by President Joe Biden last month one step closer to taking effect.

May as well mandate the flu vaccine too. I wonder if the rule takes into account whether a person has natural immunity or not, or whether a person has the Right to prefer a Maderna vaccine over the J&J, for example.

I work at home for a large company. I've been remote for nearly 20 years. Wonder how they will handle that situation?

The rule might allow for an exception for fully remote employees. But not necessarily. I know that schools like Rutgers are requiring the vaccine even for fully remote students.
