His hotel a few blocks away was making much more in kickbacks than Trump ever got as salary. Taking kickbacks is Trump's way of life. The hotel was only part of the millions he took from his term.

Trump wasn't the first corrupt President who used the White House as a money mill. He was the first to do it out in the open and never tried to hide his corruption.

He was also our only President who never formally separated himself from his fortune when serving in the office.
God only knows how much money his son-in-law in the office across the hall from the Oval Office sucked out of the Treasury and dropped in Trump's pocket.
