You don't need a medical degree to watch Biden attempt to speak, and sounding demented, and not conclude that his mental faculties are not all there any more. Something is definitely seriously wrong with Biden's mental health.
if you are a 'smart' person, it does not mean you have to be a specialist like a doctor or an engineer to prove that you have a higher measured iq to specialize. Specialization is one of many indicators, albeit a popular one, of higher than average iq.
A more important, if not the most important, trait of a higher than average iq is the ability to think critically. It is easy to follow instructions. But to think critically is to ask why and to know why you have to ask why. In other words, you cannot ask 'why do i have to...' just for the sake of asking. When it comes to your own body, the only two-way street is oral and going the opposite direction is always a painful experience, that means the other ways of substances to gain entry into your body are irreversible. You cannot 'unsnort' what you just inhaled up your nose. Once a liquid is forced through skin and into your muscle fiber, you cannot vacuum that liquid back out. Any consequences will be on yours, never on someone else's body, so it is your burden to ask 'why' of specialists, even famous tv ones, that you have to ingest this or that substance.
