I'd like to point out that the Clinton Administration gave 100's of "no bid" contracts to Haliburton.

You mean the 4,000 + families that died in the WTC, or those that died volunteering for our freedom from being attacked again?

Are you kidding me??? You must be!
Sorry but you need to connect Bush profiteering to Haliburton.. Because last I checked, Bush did not own "Haliburton"

Is this all the people in this country can think about is money? Not the lives saved in the Iraq war, not the tyranny of Saddam Hussein? Or our we too selfish to see that?

I believe you were suggesting I get over the war so, in this case, of course I am talking about the 4000 plus families who have lost a loved one due to this war.

And it wasn't 4000 plus families in the WTC, rather approximately 3000

So are you saying that 9/11 was a lie? What about the London and Madrid bombings? How about the brutal attacks by Saddam Hussein on the Kurds?

So are you saying that we should forget we are fighting for those 2997 people who died unable to protect themselves? At least the 4000+ people who have died did it fighting for their country and they knew the risks, and they were willing to take them.

Look, this war was based on LIES! No these troops did NOT know what they were getting into. They believed that 911 had something to do with Iraq and also that there were WMD, both of which Bush has admitted are/were NOT the case.

Ahh, yes.. that was you that asked about how we were going to pay for it, and then somehow or another you thought the discussion was about those who volunteered to go to war...
