So...it takes two women to do the work of one man? Or at least, this company is making it look this way. Why would they do that?

I'd also bet that the pay received by both these women exceeds the pay that this guy was getting, so the discriminatory diversity and inclusion program is actually costing the hospital money.{snip}

Two salaries plus $10 million. What a deal, what a great decision to implement woke crap.

I really, really wonder in what way the hospital is benefitting. There must be some kind of an incentive to do this.

Good for him, hope he laughs all the way to bank and puts and end to non-merit based hiring, especially at a hospital where patient care should be the priority. It is frightening enough when the medical staff can't even speak English or work to get through medical school on their own.

This won't even be a blip on the radar. Most major businesses and a hospital is a business, has insurance to cover lawsuits. They didn't lose a dime and other than perhaps a small increase in their insurance costs didn't lose a single dime. If the last almost 2 years have taught us one thing, it is that hospitals are less about patient care and more about business and a repository for more politics.

Were their salaries to be half as much?
Good news, this should be touted on all the msm as an actual victory against 'systemic racism'

Unsurprising, they were probably unqualified and incompetent.

Major businesses have major deductibles. They could very easily have a 1-3mil deductible.

They also will absolutely get BLASTED on their insurance renewal.

You really think the insurance companies will just let a company with a track record of pulling that sort of egregious garbage off cheap?

"box-checking" is a terrible way to choose the leaders of your company...or your country.
