As much as they think they can do it, I don't believe they can deny Americans their basic benefits under a mandate or decree from a mentally unstable dementia patient.

It appears to affect section 8 housing tenants, food stamps, medical for children - the gov benefits the poor get.
Let them do this. They'll never win another election. Poor people tend to vote Dem, but they also greatly distrust the government. They'll have nothing to lose, and that makes them dangerous.
