And yet there are parents eager to be first in line to get their kids vaccinated because they are "following the science"... its more like making your kids part of the science. No way will I have my kids vaccinated. The potential side effects of the vaccine far outweigh risks of the virus in those age groups.
It was different when they were getting the vaccine out to high risk people who were at increased risk for severe complications from Covid or even death.
But pushing this vaccine on innocent children who are at very low risk from the risk is unethical. Pediatricians aren't the ones prescribing the shot for their patients. Parents are expected to take their kids to the grocery store, request the shot and get their kid vaxxed.
There was a recent incident where parents had taken their children into Walgreens to get the flu shot and the kids were accidentally administered an ADULT dosage of the Covid vaccine.
Last I checked, it was the FDA's job to ascertain to a reasonably high degree of certainty if the vaccine is safe BEFORE it is released on to the market to be given to people.
If we're just going to throw it on the market and see if it sticks, we might as well disband the FDA. Might as well fire the FDA and CDC and NIH and save us some $.
How "in context" is used to explain it away about makes it worse than the out take makes it, which is bad on it's own.
Yeah, the "Yes - But" should have been "Yes - AND!". They aren't even trying to make this sound like a good idea. They know pro-mandate folks are as eager to have a vaccinate child to show off as they are their toy shih tzu-poo. I know it's all the rage, but it's your child, not an accessory.
Yes, and the fact that this is actually spelled out in reference to 5-12 year olds is scary isn't it? The "let's find out" part is supposed to happem BEFORE requiring everyone on the planet to get these injections over and over.
and there are politicians and school boards out there that are going to try to force you and your kid to get it.
