Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration is reportedly in talks to offer approximately $450,000 to every illegal alien that was separated from their family at the border under the previous administration’s zero-tolerance policy in 2018.
“The U.S. Departments of Justice, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services are considering payments that could amount to close to $1 million a family, though the final numbers could shift,” The Wall Street Journal reported.
Well, if Biden is stupid enough to do this, he and his entire administration is done since this is a direct slap in the face to all Americans.

As I understand the lawsuit so far, this applies to the children who were taken from their parents.

They are trying to settle lawsuits that they are losing. Trump just can't pull kids from their parents arms and expect to get away with it. The courts will give them even more if they don't settle. It's like Arpaio in Arizona. They just paid out another 5 million settlement for his running roughshod over people's rights bringing the total to hundreds of millions so far.
