All I saw was a black police officer of some sort talking to someone not Joe Biden and then a bunch of people walked past like a crowd exiting a movie or whatever. I'm pretty sure I spotted Andrea Merkle, though. Was everyone being "evacuated"? And where was Joe?

Probably took about ten 747s to fly to DC for nap time and then fly back....because of his concern about climate change.
