Everything is racist according to Dems now. You blink the wrong way in front of a Democrat and they'll label you racist. Sadly they're failing to realize that the average Joe is getting sick and tired of not being able to have a mature discussion without the left crying out "YOU'RE RACIST!!" towards every topic.
CNN and MSNBC both claim there's no CRT being taught in public schools. That it doesn't exist and therefore racist to suggest as much.
This likely turns off many parents esp. those who monitor closely what their children are learning. No doubt they find it insulting to be called a racist for questioning the course material.
All of which presents a big problem for the Dem leadership. The more they (Dem leadership) insist there's no such thing as CTR the more they risk pissing off voters they need.
But if they dump CRT the Dem leaders run the risk of angering those on the left who hold enough power within the party to make life measurable.

Well, that's usually what is said about Republicans who are people of color. What's kind of funny is that those making such an accusation either don't realize (or don't care) that the assertion is itself, racist. It's claim is that Black, Asian and Hispanic Republicans and those who vote for them aren't motivated by conviction, but rather skin color alone.
Maybe it's better to say that those who make such accusations are actually projecting; since they themselves see nearly everything through the lens of race, they assume everyone else does too.
I could be wrong, but at least most of the Hispanics I know are pretty conservative, at least on social issues.
When a political party (Democrats) makes excuses about teenaged girls getting raped in schools, everybody starts to realize something has gone terribly wrong with that party.
