So many lefty types moved there when they legalized pot that it has likely permanently shifted the political make up of that state. I know of a lesbian artist that packed up and left Missouri 2 weeks after pot was legalized. She ain't voting Republican...ever. True believer in the Marxist ways and she wasn't alone.

If Colorado only had a vaccine to protect people against Covid-19 they could solve this problem.

If only there was a vaccine that actually stopped transmission.

Whatever the reason for your vitriol, your post is wrong on every count. From your own link:

Yep, it's terrible that ER's in Colorado have been authorized to redirect patients to hospitals that still have enough beds.

Yep, it's awful to set up guidelines for allocating ventilators and intensive care beds if a hospital is overwhelmed by a crisis.

Where was your outrage when red states like Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska activated their own crisis standards? Hmmmm? Well, where was it?

Finally, Colorado Democrats would NOT enjoy seeing anyone suffering in pain. Moderator cut: off topic
This was fantastic. Touched a nerve, did they? Good. You need more jolts like that. Time to wake up!

What much of the conversation in here tends to overlook, due to the typically biased opinion from lovecrowds, is that the while Covid cases are up overall in CO, the bluest counties in the state are typically only up single digits while the reddest counties are often up into double digits. Many of the red counties experiencing increases also have limited or lack adequate care facilities to deal with the increase so all these patients are moving into the blue areas where they are consuming hospital space at an ever increasing rate. Additionally, a vast majority of the current rise in hospitalizations are of un-vaccinated residents.

IMO, Polis has done a reasonably good job at balancing the ever evolving requirements of handling the outbreak in CO.

Liberal media has put such a scare out there for a virus that has a 96% survival rate. They've pitted people against people - many of whom are Democrats themselves that haven't gotten the vaccine due to their dr's advice. No one has been crying wolf like the left and why there is so much resistance now. How do you not comprehend that??????
Also both White House staff and Congress staff are exempt from having the vaccines.
