The government has long had the power to require vaccines, at least since a 1905 Supreme Court case. I won't be voting for McMaster. My family's safety has to come before the choices of some people to refuse to take an FDA-approved vaccine that is highly effective.
Those who dislike freedom and want a more authoritarian system to guarantee their safety and welfare should probably consider moving to the northern states where those views are more accepted and backed by state law. This country is about to break up into two parts, a free America and a socialist authoritarian America. Anyone on the wrong side of the line should be making their plans by now. South Carolina is a red state....the mandate will never be enforced there.
Well, Cominarty is approved but I safely bet, GSP didn't get that one. Otherwise, Pfizer is to finish in vivo trails (aka, vaccination results) in 2023 to obtain license to produce their vaccine. Good luck, GSP.

Stating that a politician is going to increase your safety in life is an interesting life philosophy.
I know of two very obese people who got it real bad before the shots came out. They are still here with us and just as fat as ever. Obese people have a high fatality risk from Covid because it pushes their already strained bodies over the edge.
I always say, in life you have choices. Choose to eat sausage and biscuits and bacon and milk shakes and the results will be negative in terms of your overall health. Choose to smoke and vape and do drugs…the philosophical argument is at what point does the government step in and say no you can not do that. I say, never. The beauty of Liberty and freedom is personal choice. I chose to eat healthier because I want to extend my life. I got vaccinated because I thought it was the right thing for me. It’s none of my business or the government’s business what people do with their bodies.
At the end of the day, your own personal choices in life keep you safe.

Personal responsibility is something a leftist will never understand. To them it is the governments job to keep them safe, fed and cared for. They will gladly give up liberty to have life be easier for them. A leftist does not deserve to breath the free air of America. They are undeserving of the great heritage of freedom left to us by our founding fathers. It’s a shame they were not all born in Russia or China where they belong.

What percentage of the people were killed by that disease in the 1905 case?

I'm really sorry to see that months after that idea was promoted and debunked, you still believe that that case has any bearing. That means that not only have your normal sources of information failed to properly inform you, but so have we, the people you debate on a daily basis.
I'm so sorry for our failure, and promise to try and do better in the future.

How long was that vaccine tested for safety?
I look forward to your reply.
Please don't support his false understanding of that legal case by entertaining the ideas he's putting out there. Tell him he's wrong and move on. By engaging him on those false points, you're promoting that there's legitimacy to them.
