For blind / visually impaired persons tuning in who might be interested in getting those details about the speakers.

If one is blind how would they know what any color or clothing style looks like?

Many blind and vision-impaired people used to have sight.

Lots of organizations now putting up these white-guilt confessions on their websites.

More CRT based nonsense.
One of my nieces is attending the University of Minnesota. She noted, approvingly, that some of their student-government meetings open with the whole "We're sitting on occupied land" thing. I dearly love my niece and don't want to argue with her, but I couldn't let this one go by. So I asked her if the university was planning on returning their land to the displaced Natives. She said that they were not. So, I countered, what's the point of saying that they're occupying their land? She had no response to that. I had made my point, so I dropped it. I can only hope that she'll employ some critical thinking and come to understand how empty, how virtue-signaling, these "land acknowledgements" really are.

Land Acknowledgements are the subtler gentler sneaky way CRT seeps into the consciousness of organizations.

At the center is the rotten core of promoting the fake narrative of white guilt/white shaming.

If you see one of these - the organization is lost to the mental illness known as woke.

Other telltale signs are Diversity statements, Diversity training, use of the term Equity on the website, etc.

Hi I'm Heather, I'm a mixed race, person with brownish red hair and green sunglasses and you can call me she/her...

What a freakin mouthful.
You forgot to say, you like walks on the beach, holding hands, skinny dipping, etc.
