The US has ALWAYS done this, it is to keep immigrants in their own countries and not flooding us, also, we want stable neighbors. This is nothing new, you may as well get irate at the last twenty years. Trump did stop a lot of the funds for some of these countries, and we are reinstating some of them.

That needs to stop also. Our country gives too much money away to other countries. If a poll was taken from American citizens asking if they supported their tax dollars flooding other countries. I don't think it would be supported.
