Wouldn't you rather see us fund them to stay in their own country with their own culture than come here?
From what I have read, the government in those countries are corrupt and the money sent to improve the lives of their citizens does not go toward the intended purpose. No, we should not be sending them money at all. Those countries have received enough money and yet it hasn't stopped their people from leaving and trying to enter our country illegally.

We're already doing that and they're still coming. Any money sent will never make its way into the citizen's pockets. The Governments down there pocket the money. It's a Ponzi scheme.
