It is beyond crazy on these forums. But in real medical life and death we deal in risk factors. And right now a blue/conservative vote is a risk factor due to the associated ideological choice of not vaccinating.

It is really pathetic that there is politics at all with vaccinations, in that the vax deaths should be equal between red and blue areas. That is the rub. The Republican party and spokespeople like Aaron Rodgers should be paying for the funerals of all those unvaccinated who believed them in this.

As a liberal, I have no problem with conservatives wanting to increase their chances of getting covid by doing little if anything to prevent it. At the same time, I should have the right to protect myself from them by wearing a mask if I choose.
no one has ever told you that you weren't allowed to wear a mask.

I don't remember Republicans celebrating when all those NYers were dying of Covid when it first spread, Cuomo put all those old folks back in the nursing homes so the patients could spread it around to others and kill more. But now, if the shoe is on the other foot, now Dems celebrate? Tells you a lot about some people.
Exactly when did all of this become political? When Democrats professed vaccine hesitancy and skepticism during Trump's presidency (because Trump), but then all that hesitancy and skepticism evaporate into militancy when Biden became president.
This demonstrated that you can only trust a vaccine if your preferred president is in power, and you can only trust CDC and NIH if your preferred president is in power.
