That doesn't change the fact that the bullying we used to do in the past wasn't the most psychologically healthy for a developing child. Friends smack talking each other to man each other up is healthy, but outright picking on an individual who may have no friends or social support system because they are shy, overweight, or whatever, can be very psychologically traumatic. Eliminating that sort of bullying is a laudable goal.

I remember obama sending the FBI to incidences involving a white doing something to a black to investigate if a "hate crime" was committed and NEVER heard of him doing so when a black did something to a white.

Come to think of it, can anyone recall a black being charged with a hate crime, EVER?
