As some you have undoubted heard, Pfizer has applied for an EUA from the FDA for Paxlovid.
One wonders whether this will dampen the attempts to get everyone vaccinated, knowing another therapeutic is available to keep people from getting ill if they catch covid.

Make of this what you will. Pfizer figured out what worked, and made a new chemical compound to target the exact same thing, so they could get a patent.
Where is the evidence this works in real world settings? Oh yea that's right, there is none.
You provided a link with no evidence of significant benefit of Ivermectin in treating COVID.
