I’m a bit tired of this whiny victim mentality. Be an INDIVIDUAL, not a race. Be VALUABLE, not a leech. Be RATIONAL, not a collectivist sheep. I am not responsible for slavery, don’t care about slavery, and owe nobody anything for slavery that took place in ancient Greece, ancient China, or Civil War America. Nobody today is a slave, and nobody today is DUE ANY SPECIAL TREATMENT. Be an individual. Be valuable. Make yourself someone others like and want to be around. Race is irrelevant. I don’t care about it. I don’t want to hear about it. I deal with INDIVIDUALS, NOT GROUPS.

1) One doesn't have to deny that racism has played a part in US history to call out CRT for the hateful, racist nonsense that it is.
2) There are some people who think Blacks are subhuman. Again, acknowledging this isn't inconsistent with being anti-CRT.

Bad news: I'm 60 years old and I was fully aware of these things before CRT was invented. If that's all you've got, then your argument simply doesn't hold water. I don’t care what other people think, and I am not responsible for what other people think. I heavily discriminate as to what clients I will accept. They have to be rational, fun, and financially able to pursue their goals. Other than that, all races, colors, and creeds are welcome. But you must be rational, reasonable, fun to be around, and able to deliver on your promises.
I don’t care about slavery or Jim Crow. We got rid of it decades ago. Today, you are measured by your individual value. And that is determined by your conduct and character. Be hard working, valuable, and personable. And you will do just fine, provided you don’t make bad personal choices like abusing substances, having unscheduled kids, or being dishonest and unreliable. These are individual traits possessed by individual humans. Not tribes, groups, or collectives. I don’t care who is racist and am not responsible for them and will accept no duty or cost for their shortcomings. Racists exist in people of all races, and it’s not my responsibility. I accept responsibility only for my conduct. And my conduct meets my standards.
You don’t get to steal from me because someone treated your great great great great grandfather was treated poorly. I don’t care about him, he’s dead. And the people who treated him poorly are dead. I accept no responsibility, and I don’t owe anyone alive today a damned thing for ancient transgressions.

No. Affirmative action is advantaging people by the color of their skin or their gender or some other irrelevant attribute. It’s blatant racism or sexism, which we are trying to get rid of. No one should receive mandated advantages based on their race or sex. Affirmative action is implicitly evil.
