They took their device and deleted the footage so there may very well be a legal measure for something like this. Kinda makes sense given witness intimidation etc. in past trials, especially mafia.

It’s not just BLM, it’s the brainwashed college kids and under 30’s. They truly think that if everyone doesn’t see things their way it’s a threat to Democracy. We are in big trouble.

True, but this can only pretty much work if they see it in action. It just feels like there's ways to get around this but whatever, I get what you are saying.

Then there has to be an actual, provable, crime committed with such footage. This isn't Minority Report, we can't start arresting people and destroying their property for crimes which MIGHT be committed later.

Yup. Mistrial is a the goal of prosecution. It's the only way out for them. They can then intimidate witnesses more to get a better trial.

Yes, it's starting to look like the prosecution is going for an intention mistrial. They know this case should have never made it to trial in the first place. It's good to see that the left's attempt to weaponize the criminal justice system is failing miserably - just like all of there hair-brained ideas. Their entire platform is crumbling like a house of cards. It's a good day for America.

The judge presiding over the Kyle Rittenhouse trial confirmed this morning that the jurors have been spied on.
This revelation comes shortly after a high-profile Minneapolis BLM activist said the jury is being watched.

Given that it's a gross example of jury tampering (a serious felony), how could it NOT lead to a mistrial?

In order to keep the integrity of the trial intact the judge can restrict all manner of things....and violating those rules is against the law in and of itself.

Gag orders, not releasing the identity of jurors during the proceedings are COMMON...heck they sometimes even sequester jurors.

So, taking the persons footage is because they already violated the judges order...not for "future crime".

You not understand why they don't want jurors identities leaked in big trials while they're on-going? Really?
Ever heard of jury tampering?

This thread was about the doxxing of jurors. There is another thread to discuss the trial.
As usual, this thread is now closed (like most threads) because you can not figure out how to stay on topic.
