From the first 20 pages, I can see why she didn’t want this diary to be public- I am sure it was written for therapeutic purposes. She struggles with addiction and low self esteem in my non professional opinion. But she is an adult and is in the public eye, so I vote that it is fair game.

I had found it, but the reference is a one- or two-liner without much detail. Also, the girl sounds like she needs some help and may be lashing out at everyone she can think of. I wouldn't attach much importance to it. Us dislikers of President Biden have better examples. See this:
