Abortion isn't ranking high as an issue. When people see how much they are paying for gas and groceries, their right to abort a baby comes in much lower on the totem pole.
Additionally, most of the entire rest of the world, including all of enlightened Europe, have tougher restrictions on abortions in the second half of the pregnancy, and every poll agrees that a vast majority of Americans, even women, want it that way here. The dirty secret is we have become an educated and nuanced country to the point where folks realize that this is not zero sum, and the dems to not automatically win the argument.
Maybe Biden’s poll numbers will reach the level of Congress, which is single digits. Yahoo news is left leaning too and they are reporting that less than 27% approve of Biden’s failing economy. Makes sense.
That’s 73% disapproval rating. Can Biden turn things around?
Well, yes, but Trump will do better in his coming second term.
You see, Dems have had a 30 or so year structural advantage because the socialists had completed their "long march through the institutions," and Biden has had the media, schools, etc. popping him up. But this catastrophic failure is teaching people not only to distrust the dems, but those institutions that are propping him.
The great re-organization is coming, and there's isn't anything Joe Biden, or you, can do about it.
The close association between Biden and the media, academia, hollywood, activists is more of a curse then a blessing. He gets tarred by association with their relative unpopular cultural agenda. IMO, the best thing he could do is pick some fights with far left types to demonstrate his pragmatic bona fides.
Biden needs Trump and Trump hatred more than ever. Mark my words, he is not done milking the January 6 "insurrection."

I can hear it now "We Got Him!" when they find he made a mistake on his taxes and didn't declare something properly. Or they will have some bogus link to Trump and the 1/6 mob similar to the Russian Collusion lie but the Left will eat it up and give Biden some breathing room to boost his numbers.
There is nothing good coming from the Biden admin and worse would be Harris so we are stuck and the best we can do is hold on.
As someone who voted for Trump in the past, I agree. I don't want any of these legacy people anymore. I agreed with most of Trump's policies but think he was just a hammer. We need someone with the same policies but a lot more clever to deal with the other side.
The playing field is a word game. Where opponents define themselves into appearing morally superior. Like it or not, the rules of the game are there, and we need a Captain Kirk to navigate it.
Couldn't agree more. I voted for him twice but to paraphrase what he once said so crudely about John McCain ... I like winners. If you wind up in a VC tiger cage or you poop the bed in an election that you could have easily won then get the hell out. I've got no use for you.
