Nobody, so far. The event is being viewed by the DOJ as a domestic terrorist attack, which you would know if you had opened the link in post #216. This means that further charges may be added to contempt depending on the testimony of the people subpoenaed by the 1/6 Commission including Bannon.

Stay tuned.
I read it. You’re wishful thinking. It’s for contempt of Congress. It’s not going to be for insurrection or a terrorist attack, lol.
Mr. Meadows’s actions today — choosing to defy the law — will force the Select Committee to consider pursuing contempt or other proceedings to enforce the subpoena,” the committee’s leader said after he failed to show for a 10 a.m. deposition.
The tension with Meadows is coming to a head as the committee seems determined to trace his involvement in Trump’s election efforts at the Department of Justice; in Georgia where Trump pressured the secretary of state there to “find” 11,780 more votes; and in the planning of rallies just before Trump supporters stormed the Capitol.
Are you basing it off the same hunch that you had/have because Trump was going to jail?
It's common sense don't you think. Like Bannon...Meadows failed to appear last week for a scheduled deposition in front of the select House committee investigating Jan. 6.
Now the lawmakers are working quickly to refer Meadows for criminal contempt.....just like they did Bannon. Bannon is a fool and doesn't really care and probably likes the attention so he can further his grift. Meadows on the other hand is a licensed lawyer with political ambitions. He has alot more to lose with a criminal indictment.
Right now he is saying

I’ve told them that to my knowledge no one in the West Wing had any advanced knowledge of what was going to happen on January 6 in terms of a breach in security. Additionally, a number of things that took place actually would not go towards supporting that narrative.
If this is all he knows why bother failing to appear for a scheduled deposition? Especially when he is putting his future at risk. I wouldn't want to be in shoes right now.
