people are tried and convicted for what they actually did......not to make an example

Isn't that wannabe actor shaman a liberal climate change guy who was photographed at many of those protests before the Jan. 6 protest? He sounds like an attention seeker. Never met a protest he didn't like, the more cameras the better.
He attempted to stop the peaceful transition of power following a legal election. He got off light for what he did.
