This. Let's wait and see if something actually gets built/upgraded/fixed.

My money's on lots of money getting spent and nothing getting done. The government's track record is an excellent indicator.

In fact, given Brandon's track record, I wouldn't be surprised if the money was spent to rip up a bunch of freeways for no good reason, never to be rebuilt.

Are you talking about Trump? He is over a billion in debt so why would anyone trust him financially.

The US Government is in $30 trillion of debt, and growing at a $1T a year, so why should I trust them financially?

I asked a question first. Why should I trust an organization that has spent more than it earned for the past 20 years?

I'd trust a ham sandwich with my money over an organization that had a negative net worth for the past 40 years.

I suspect Trump at least knows that bankruptcy is a bad thing, not something to aspire to

Now, give me one good reason why I should trust the government.

You must have missed the time Trump went on and on about how his 4 (5?) bankruptcies were smart financial moves. He seemed very proud of his bankruptcies.

Oh, and he helped add to the national debt for 4 years, especially when he gave that huge tax cut to the wealthy.

Still not a reason to trust the government.

Umm....I got a tax cut and I am not wealthy.

A tax CUT is for......tax PAYERS. The top 10% of wage earners pay almost 86% of all income taxes collected. So...by the IRS numbers....the wealthy ARE already paying the lions share of the tax load in America.

I am also guessing you have zero idea what all is IN this infrastructure bill...do you?
