I think most Americans would support the list below which adds up to $477 Billion, however what is the rest of the money being spent on.

Exactly, and that is the $1.2 Trillion dollar question.

And how much of that $477B will actually be spent on productive building efforts and not administration and red tape.

My money's on 2/3 red tape 1/3 productive building.

Hey , they need to allocate money for all the Diversity training and Recognizing White systemic practices in the workplace. The 'Specialists' need jobs. Those people need to pay off their Social Justice degrees somehow!

Ok, shut up and pick up a shovel.

Oh wait, they're stuck on a boat off the coast of Long Beach Nvm. Back to wasting taxpayers' money.

I suspect the rest will be used as some sort of community and business fund, that will target certain ethnic communities in order to try and secure future Democrat votes.

This is also an issue, as whenever large projects start, money disappears quickly, with contractors charging more than normal as the Government is paying, and cost and time frame over runs.

What was the final count for the number of times the words 'equity', 'social justice', 'environmental justice' appeared in this bill?

And - were there any specifics for what was meant/intended?

I'm guessing jello-squishy consistency which will allow for all sorts of interpretations and applications with buckets of money to drown in wasteful spending.

From my pocket to the money drain. Awesome!
