Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has said that he paid for Roger Stone to fly to Washington, D.C., to attend the pro-Donald Trump January protests and offered him money for security.
Stone, a longtime ally of Trump, appeared on Jones' InfoWars show to discuss the security he got while attending the demonstrations on January 5 and 6, shortly before the attack on the U.S. Capitol.

I see where both Mr. Stone and Alex Jones were subpoenaed today by the House committee investigating the January 6th insurrection.
I fully expect Mr. Stone to not respond (he did, today, reading a statement obviously written by his attorney) to the subpoena. However, Mr. Jones? He may feel he has to appear. It would be interesting.
The committee has already interviewed some 200 people, some whom obviously requested a subpoena so they can 'cover themselves' with others (by claiming they had to, they were subpoenaed!)
I recall Watergate. You had Nixon people that refused to appear. Then, one person did, and talked: Dean. That led to a lot of problems for others. Many went to prison for refusing to testify.
As one political commentator said: the first person to flip, gets favorable treatment. The second person, not quite as favorable. After that, it is turds all the way down.
Stone was pardoned in December, before the insurrection. One has nothing to do with the other.
A bunch of people standing around without guns is not an insurrection. If Jan 6th was an insurrection, than lefties have been fighting insurrections of their own all over America, especially with CHAZ when they literally stole a piece of America and claimed it as a whole new nation.

If the legislature was unable to return and vote to certify Jan 6 it would have been a constitutional problem. Call it whatever you want but they didn't want a fair election certified and they broke into the capitol to stop the vote, maybe next time they will bring guns and kill the vice president as they threatened. No big deal right.
Maybe you should speak to the Sandy Hook parents about the entertainment value of Alex Jones. He has 10 million followers and they aren't there for entertainment, they actually believe his claims. He helped pay for the Jan 6 insurrection, mission accomplished.
I asked before, what was the point of this rally other than the actual result, the election was over.
