He literally said he was picking a "woman" and a "woman of color."
He never said her name first. He said her gender and her skin color. He had two boxes to check and they were the first thing he mentioned, outside of any skillset or anything else. If that's not an affirmative action quota, I don't know what is.
So describing someone means that it is an affirmative action quota. Is she not a woman? Is she not a “person of color” or whatever labels you people like to use?
Lol. She may have finally passed the bar with help, but she’s proving to be a dullard at VP, which comes as no surprise.
Everyone gets help on the bar. That’s why Barbri, Kaplan and all of the other bar review courses exist. The majority of law students utilize them to prepare.

Wonder if Willie Brown helped anyone else….and she’s still a dullard at being VP.
Nah, she obviously couldn’t pass it the first time or without help.
He obviously helped her more than he helped most, at least that we don’t know of any of other mistresses he had.
Again, virtually everyone takes bar prep courses. It’s the norm.
How do you know that he helped her more than most? Also, people don’t put their career on the line recommending people that they don’t believe will perform. Therefore, her work was speaking for itself.

Except she failed and had to take it again.
Right. I’d wager he helped her more than most because she was his mistress.

And? That happens to a good number of people, especially in California. The California bar is the toughest in the nation. Less than half of CA bar takers pass on the first attempt.
And how did his recommendation actually help her in day to day practice? She had to perform well - period.

It’s obvious that she’s not very smart as we’re seeing in only 10 months as VP and her 28% approval rating.
I’d wager he paved the way very well. After all, he was 60 and she was 29. He’d want to keep her happy
